Privacy policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information ADFIX collects when you visit adfix.com, contact us or chat with us, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices and rights you have.
Who we are
The website is run by Adfix USA, LLC ("ADFIX", "we", "us"), 680 S Cache St, Jackson, WY 83001, USA. ADFIX is responsible (the "controller") for the personal information described here. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Contact form — your name, email address, optional phone number and website, your message, and the page and time you sent it. We use it to reply to you and to discuss working together (steps before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The message is emailed to our team and can also be posted to our internal Slack.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp — whatever you send us when you contact us directly, used to reply and to provide our services.
- Live chat — if you use the chat, the messages and any name or email you give, plus basic technical data (browser, approximate location from your IP address), so we can answer you.
- Spam protection — when you send the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks signals from your browser and device to tell people from bots (our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam).
- Hosting and security — like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks (legitimate interest).
- Analytics, only with your consent — Google Analytics tells us which pages are visited, how visitors arrive (for example from a search or an ad) and roughly where they are, using cookies and an anonymous identifier.
- Marketing, only with your consent — tags from advertising platforms (Meta, Google and OpenAI) measure which of our ads lead to visits and enquiries and help show our ads to people likely to be interested. If you send the contact form with marketing cookies accepted, your email address and phone number are shared with Google and Meta in hashed (scrambled) form to match the enquiry to an ad.
If you don't accept analytics or marketing cookies, those tags don't set cookies. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals (such as that a page was viewed) without identifiers, which it uses to estimate overall numbers.
Cookies
Wherever you are, you choose which cookies we use in the banner shown on your first visit (Accept, Decline or Manage preferences), and you can change that choice at any time with (also at the bottom of every page). Until you accept, only required cookies are used.
- Required —
adfix_consentremembers your cookie choice (12 months). Cloudflare Turnstile may use similar technology to tell people from bots when you send the form. - Personalization — remembers details of your visit to personalize the next one. We don't set any personalization cookies at the moment.
- Marketing —
_fbpand_fbcfrom Meta (3 months),_gcl_*from Google Ads (3 months), cookies from the OpenAI pixel, andlead_email, which holds the email you just typed for 5 minutes so it can be matched to an ad as described above. - Analytics —
_gaand_ga_*from Google Analytics (up to 2 years), andFPID,FPLCand similar first-party cookies set through sst.adfix.com.
Our tags are loaded through our own subdomain (sst.adfix.com), so some of these cookies are set by adfix.com rather than by the platforms directly.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers, who process personal information on our behalf or, for the advertising platforms, also for their own purposes under their own policies:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and the Turnstile spam check.
- Resend — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google — email (Google Workspace), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Stape — runs our server-side tagging on sst.adfix.com, which forwards analytics and marketing events to Google and Meta.
- Meta — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and WhatsApp if you message us there.
- OpenAI — an advertising measurement pixel.
- Crisp — the live chat.
- Slack — internal notifications about new enquiries.
- Workable — job applications. When you apply through a link on our careers page, Workable's own privacy policy also applies.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. We don't sell your personal information for money. Under some US state laws, marketing cookies can count as "sharing" for advertising; you can opt out by rejecting marketing cookies.
International transfers
Several of these providers are based in the United States or process data there. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries — up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the contract and the law require.
- Analytics data — 14 months in Google Analytics.
- Cookies — for the periods listed above, unless you delete them sooner in your browser.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, the UK or some US states), you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with Cookie preferences; that doesn't affect what happened before. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll answer within one month.
If you're in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority, for example the ANSPDCP in Romania or the ICO in the UK.
Children
Our site and services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. We'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date above.
